Todd was out of town for work again part of last week so I had to work out at home on Monday & Wednesday instead of going to the Y or taking a class but I made up for that by going to T&J No Limit Fitness twice for classes at the end of the week.
Monday: 4 mi (8:23 pace)
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 4 mi (8:22 pace) + 15 min circuit
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Shred @ T&J No Limit Fitness
Saturday: ~1 hr cardio @ Y (15 min Stepmill + 30 min elliptical + ran 1 mi)
Sunday: 1 hr Russ's Rockin' Body @ T&J No Limit Fitness (special class for their food drive)
