I only ended up making it to one class this week outside of my normal Spin/TRX classes that I teach but did work out twice on my own at the Y.
Monday: 4 mi (8:08 pace) + 15 min circuit
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Wednesday: 40 min elliptical + 15 min circuit using box/step
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr Shred @ T&J No Limit Fitness
Saturday: 45 min cardio (15 min stepmill + 30 min elliptical)
Sunday: Rest
