Weekly Recap: November 23-29

I woke up with a really stiff back one day last week and it progressively got worse over the next day or two.  After getting a prescription for some steroids to help with the inflammation, it finally started to feel better this weekend.  Because of all that, I had to take quite a few rest days (luckily, I didn't have to teach on Thanksgiving) and will still be taking it pretty easy the next few weeks to make sure it returns to 100%.

Monday: 40 min cardio/strength circuit @ home

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 45 min cardio @ Y (35 min Spinning + 10 min Stepmill)

Sunday: Rest
