Weekly Recap: November 9-15

I taught a couple classes, took a couple classes, and did some cardio on my own last week for workouts.

Monday: 1 hr Shred @ T&J No Limit Fitness + 2 mi run (8:05 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 1 hr Cardio @ Y (20 min stepmill + 30 min elliptical + ran 1 mi)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Saturday: 4 mi (8:16 pace)

Sunday: Rest
