Weekly Recap: October 26-November 1

I did a variety of workouts this past week with a little bit of everything mixed in...run, Spin, elliptical, and HIIT.

Monday: 4 mi (8:12 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:10 pace)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX; 1 hr Blast @ T&J No Limit Fitness

Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Saturday: 3 mi (8:12 pace) + 30 min elliptical @ Y

Sunday: 1 hr SpinCore @ PAI
