Weekly Recap: November 30-December 6

My back felt so much better this week but still not quite at 100% so I did a lot of low-impact cardio (Spinning, elliptical) and will continue to take it easy for the next few weeks.

Monday: 2 mi walk/jog + 20 min strength/cardio circuit

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr High & Tight @ System of Strength + 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 45 min cardio @ Y (15 min Stepmill + 30 min elliptical)

Sunday: Rest
