Weekly Recap: January 4-10

I'm kinda loving the Step Mill right now at the Y but wow, is it hard! I was actually really proud of myself that I managed a full 30 min on Wednesday morning especially because it requires a lot more concentration on my part, say than running or the elliptical, because if I start to zone out, I tend to miss a step and get all tripped up!

Monday: 20 min Step Mill + 3 mi (8:48 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 30 min Step Mill + 1 mi (8:49 pace) + 15 min Tabata circuit

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Saturday: 4 mi (8:43 pace)

Sunday: Rest

Total: 8 mi

i always want to use the step mill at the gym, but there are only a few and they're always being used!
