Weekly Recap: February 1-7

Felt good during my workouts but also feel like I'm having to slow down a little bit too especially during Clocked at System of Strength; however, running is actually feeling a little easier than a few weeks ago.

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 4 mi (8:44 pace) + 15 min cardio Tabata

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 20 min Step Mill + 4 mi (8:40 pace)

Saturday: 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own) + 3 mi (8:35 pace)

Sunday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Total: 11 mi
