Weekly Recap: February 15-21

Still comfortably able to run under 9:00 pace for my 3-4 mi runs at 17/18 weeks pregnant and have been feeling pretty good with my other workouts as well.  Hoping this will continue for at least a few more months!

Monday: 4 mi (8:39 pace)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: Insanity Pure Cardio + 3 mi (8:41 pace)

Saturday: 45 min Spinning

Sunday: 4 mi (8:40 pace)

Total: 11 mi
