It felt good to get back into my routine and back to teaching after being in California. I didn't run the 5 days we were there so it was nice to log a few miles last week on the treadmill.
Monday: 50 min Spinning @ Ride Oakland
Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX + 3 mi (8:50 pace)
Wednesday: 3 mi (9:01 pace) + 15 min Strength/Cardio circuit
Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX
Friday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength + 3 mi (8:54 pace)
Saturday: 45 min Spinning @ PAI Yoga & Fitness
Sunday: Rest
Total: 9 mi
