It was a full week of classes for me!  I taught 3 classes and took 2 classes at System of Strength & 2 (free) classes at CycleBar Powell.

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 15 min Spinningtaught 1 hr TRX/Kettlebell

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr In the Mix @ System of Strength

Saturday: 50 min Spinning @ CycleBar Powell

Sunday: 50 min Spinning @ CycleBar Powell
