Weekly Recap: March 28-April 3

The good: I was finally able to run again and felt good....slow, but good

The bad: Lucy & I came down with a nasty stomach bug on Saturday evening and I not only had to deal with myself throwing up but also Lucy throwing up for the first time (and Todd was out of town) so needless to say, I took it really easy yesterday and didn't work out this morning either.

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: taught 1 hr Spinning

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: walk/jog 2 mi + 100 Countdown workout; 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 3 mi (10:20 pace) + 20 min Tabata workout

Sunday: Rest

TOTAL: 3 mi

Poor girls with the stomach bug! I guess it's a good thing you were at home and not out for a girls evening! :)
