Weekly Recap: April 25-May 1

Normal workouts to start the week and ended with a couple workouts at the hotel we were staying at Houston.

Monday: 1 hr Clocked @ System of Strength

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 30 min Cardio/Strength circuit + 30 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 3 mi walk/run (11:06 pace) on treadmill @ hotel

Saturday: 30 min elliptical + 15 min cardio/strength circuit @ hotel

Sunday: Rest

Total: 3 mi
