Weekly Recap: May 9-15

Well, I think I've hit that time in my pregnancy where I'm forced to slow down a bit.  My sciatica is starting to get a bit uncomfortable so I think classes at SOS might be out for awhile.  I'm trying to schedule PT to see if I can get it to feel better but until then I will probably be doing a lot of Spinning and at home circuits.

Monday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 20 min walk/jog (~1.5 mi) + Insanity Pure Cardio

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 40 min cardio/strength circuit @ home

Saturday: 1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Sunday: 40 min cardio/strength circuit @ home
