Weekly Recap: June 13-19

Felt relatively good this week so I was able to do a few longer workouts.  Only about a month to go until my due date!

Monday: 50 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 35 min elliptical + 15 min strength/cardio circuit

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 1 hr Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Saturday: 40 min strength/cardio circuit @ home

Sunday: Rest
