Weekly Recap: May 30-June 5

Thankful that at 33 weeks pregnant, I'm still able to do some more intense Spinning workouts since a lot of other workouts aren't options as this point with my belly and my sciatica.

Monday: 50 min Spinning @ CycleBar Powell

Tuesday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Wednesday: 1 hr Spin/TRX

Thursday: taught 1 hr Spin/TRX

Friday: 45 min cardio/strength circuit @ home

Saturday: 45 min Spinning @ Y (on my own)

Sunday: Rest
