First consistent week of workouts post-baby and I was pleasantly surprised how good it felt to push myself. Some days my workouts were cut a little short just because of the timing of when Cece got up to eat and me having to be back from the Y by 7:00 AM so Todd could go to work.
Monday: 35 min Spinning @ Y + walked 2 mi w/ Lucy & my dad to Lollipops concert in downtown Powell
Tuesday: 30 min cardio/strength workout @ home
Wednesday: 40 min Spinning @ Y
Thursday: 40 min Tabata workout @ home
Friday: 45 min Spinning @ Y
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: 30 min cardio/strength workout @ home (2 min rounds; AMRAP)
